RevProof is a service that connects to your Stripe account to verify your Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and generate authenticated badges that you can display publicly. Our service provides cryptographic proof of your revenue data without exposing sensitive financial information.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RevProof, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

User Responsibilities

By using our service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner or authorized representative of the Stripe account you connect
• You have the legal right to authorize access to your Stripe account data
• The information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You will not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our security measures
• You will not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other operational needs. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Payment and Billing Terms

Our service offers both free and premium tiers:

• Free Tier: Basic badge generation with standard features
• Pro Tier: Advanced customization, priority support, and additional features

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renewed unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.

Intellectual Property

The RevProof service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Data and Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can delete your account through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy's data retention guidelines.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Governing Law
